The role
UNRWA seeks to appoint a Consultant equivalent to the P3 level to operationalize and deliver a six-module training programme, lead the rollout of the Environmental Sustainability Training Framework, and support the establishment of a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system.

- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in technical programme delivery
- At least two years of relevant international experience outside of the candidate’s home country
- Demonstrated experience delivering hands-on, field-oriented training for technical staff
- Sound knowledge of environmental sustainability and engineering concepts
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
