The role
The Learner Progress Manager is a high-impact, 12-month fixed-term role focused on ensuring that learners enrolled in Generation's career bootcamps achieve successful employment outcomes. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned cohorts, providing essential pastoral support, coaching, and career readiness guidance while collaborating with instructors and operations teams. This position balances classroom delivery, individual student interventions, and programmatic logistics to help individuals overcome barriers to employment.
What you'll do
- Build supportive relationships with learners and lead Employability Essentials sessions.
- Develop and implement individual support plans for attendance, engagement, and inclusion needs.
- Manage the mock interview process and provide feedback on CV drafts.
- Review learner progress data weekly to drive interventions and ensure program KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with instructors and the wider Learning Function to ensure seamless cohort delivery.
