The role

The LEAPS Program Instructor at Franklin School is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading academic or arts-based afterschool activities for children ages 5 to 12. This role requires maintaining a safe, positive, and fun environment while fostering YMCA character values and adhering to OCFS regulations. The instructor will manage classroom behavior, maintain accurate program records, and collaborate with staff and parents to support youth development.
