What you'll do
- Develop and update psychosocial strategies and protocols according to IASC and GBV standards.
- Supervise the implementation of GBV case management and ensure survivor-centered care.
- Coordinate with medical, legal, and economic reintegration teams to ensure holistic care.
- Conduct field supervision and provide coaching to psychosocial teams and partners.
- Manage and report project indicators using GBVIMS and/or DHIS2 systems.

- Master's degree or equivalent (B+5) in Clinical Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising psychosocial/mental health activities.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in GBV program coordination, preferably in conflict zones.

- Full proficiency in French and local languages (Lingala, Swahili, etc.).
