The role

KIPP Capital Region is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher for grades 5th-8th to develop and implement rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum across various subjects. The role involves fostering a positive school culture, using data to drive instructional decisions, and maintaining strong communication with families. The successful candidate will participate in professional development and collaborate with school staff to support student success in an inclusive, anti-racist environment.
