Lead Teacher

The role

KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School is seeking committed Lead Teachers to create an identity-affirming and rigorous learning environment for students. The role involves independent lead teaching or co-teaching, implementing data-driven instruction, and fostering strong partnerships with families. Teachers are expected to participate in professional development, collaborate with grade-level teams, and uphold the school's mission of preparing students for college and career success.
