The role

KIPP Academy Boston is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to create an affirming, rigorous, and joyful learning environment for students. The role involves independent or co-teaching, developing engaging lesson plans, analyzing academic data to drive student growth, and maintaining strong partnerships with families. Teachers receive ongoing professional development and support to help them foster academic and character development in underserved communities.
