Lead Teacher

The role

KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School is seeking committed and culturally competent Lead Teachers to create an identity-affirming and rigorous learning environment for students. The role involves leading classroom instruction, developing and internalizing lesson plans, and collaborating with families to ensure student success. Teachers are expected to utilize data to drive instruction, participate in ongoing professional development, and support the school’s mission of college readiness for all students.
