The role

KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School is seeking a dedicated and culturally competent Lead Teacher to foster an inclusive and rigorous academic environment. The role involves independent or co-teaching, lesson planning, data analysis to drive student growth, and proactive family engagement. Candidates will collaborate with school teams to maintain a safe, joyful, and identity-affirming classroom culture that prepares students for college and career success.
