Lead Teacher

The role

KIPP North Carolina is seeking dedicated Lead Teachers to join their network of eight public charter schools, serving students in grades K-12. The role involves facilitating research-based curricula, using data to drive instructional adjustments, and fostering a positive school culture. Teachers are expected to collaborate with coaches to pursue professional excellence while supporting the academic and personal growth of all students.
