Lead Software Engineer

The role

Project Healthy Minds is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design and build the technical infrastructure for a data-intensive mental health services marketplace. You will lead the development of LLM-driven data pipelines and core architecture to normalize and manage complex service data. This role requires partnering with product and design teams to translate ambiguous needs into scalable, production-grade solutions. You will also play a key role in mentoring team members and establishing engineering standards within a mission-driven, startup environment.
