The role
The Lead Manager, Brand Campaigns is responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of integrated marketing plans for key Make-A-Wish drive periods and events, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure cross-team alignment, and managing the development and delivery of assets for national marketing campaigns.
What you'll do
- Support development of campaign plans and execute activation elements for MAW national drive periods
- Liaise with various stakeholders across the organization to align on business objectives, revenue goals, assets needed, celebrity/influencer requests, prioritization, and other relevant campaign needs
- Translate campaign objectives and direction to drive social media, earned media, and entertainment marketing activation strategy recommendations
- Work with internal and external creative resources on development and delivery of creative materials
- Coordinate with Corporate Alliances on partner deliverables across MAW owned channels
- Conduct periodic campaign reviews with stakeholders to assess effectiveness and optimize campaign resources and assets
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field required
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or public relations (nonprofit, corporate, or agency)
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a non-profit setting, or equivalent managing a non-profit partnership in a brand/agency setting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute projects
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly evolving and dynamic environment
- Strong computer skills required, specifically in Microsoft Office applications
