The role

Ensure safe and proper supervision, monitoring, operation and maintenance of assigned facilities and equipment. Perform HVAC Refrigeration Mechanic duties in addition to lead duties. Review designs, provide recommendations and oversight of proposed facility modifications, additions, and expansions.

What it takes

High school diploma/ GED required
6+ years of experience in A/C Refrigeration in hospital or related environment
Experience with relevant facilities management procedures and processes
Experience with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification required
