The role
Save the Children is seeking a Lead Associate, Education for its Impact & Evidence division in Texas, focusing on program implementation and management in rural communities.
What you'll do
- Guide and support program staff on quality implementation of Save the Children’s program models
- Provide in-person and remote training and technical assistance for program staff
- Visit assigned sites to conduct observation, coaching, and mentoring
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting
- Support partner management including annual planning and budgeting

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
