The role
The Labour Migration and Social Protection Specialist will lead the research strand for the ILO STREAM programme, focusing on technical accuracy and institutional partnerships.
What you'll do
- Support inception phase by refining research questions and technical assessment criteria

- Experience conducting desk reviews, ecosystem or stakeholder mapping, key-informant consultations and technical review of policy or knowledge products
- Strong understanding of rights and entitlements, access to justice, grievance mechanisms, recruitment systems and institutional sustainability
