The role
The Junior Analyst will conduct desk research, literature reviews, and synthesize findings into structured analytical notes for the Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Action (CFMCA) Guide Update.
What you'll do
- Conduct desk research and literature reviews on new thematic areas of the guide and synthesise the findings into structured analytical notes.
- Identify, compile and analyse Ministry of Finance country case studies and examples, mapping them against the functions and chapters of the guide.
- Draft annotated content, boxes, figures and evidence summaries for sections of the guide.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, public finance, business administration, public policy, environmental policy, development or a closely related field
- A minimum of one - two years of relevant professional experience in economic, fiscal, climate or sustainable finance policy research and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct desk research and literature reviews and to synthesise technical and policy material into clear, well-structured written outputs.
