What you'll do
- Represent HOPE in day-to-day Project Search activities at hospital work sites
- Develop individual program plans and job development plans for interns
- Provide regular feedback to interns and communicate with their support networks
- Offer individualized support including job coaching, building natural supports, and identifying accommodations
- Perform task analyses, job matching, and maintain detailed data collection
- Assist with case review, client files, and monthly reports
What it takes
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent plus one year of related experience
- Valid Driver's License and a clear driving record
- Professional level English skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of advocacy, ADA, DOL, and employment issues for the disabled
- Ability to work with diverse groups and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel to various work site locations
