Hope Services is seeking a Job Coach to provide individualized support to clients with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. The role involves assessing barriers to success, providing job-site training, and acting as a liaison between clients and employers. What you'll do

  • Provide job-site training, evaluation, and follow-up services for client job retention.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and employers to support long-term employment success.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans and instructional plans for clients.
  • Maintain accurate case files and prepare all required programmatic documentation.
  • Conduct task analysis and time studies for wage evaluations as required by the Department of Labor.

What it takes

  • High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • One year of experience working with people with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment.
  • Valid Driver's License and a clear driving record.
  • Ability to transport self and clients to various employer locations.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
