What you'll do
- Provide job-site training, evaluation, and follow-up services for client job retention.
- Act as a liaison between clients and employers to support long-term employment success.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans and instructional plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate case files and prepare all required programmatic documentation.
- Conduct task analysis and time studies for wage evaluations as required by the Department of Labor.
What it takes
- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- One year of experience working with people with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment.
- Valid Driver's License and a clear driving record.
- Ability to transport self and clients to various employer locations.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
