The role

Braven is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to manage collaboration and productivity platforms and drive automation for internal workflows.

What you'll do

Administer Jira Service Management, including projects, workflows, request types, and automation rules
Administer Slack and Zoom at an organizational level, including app/integration management and provisioning
Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient internal workflows and design automated solutions
Provide tier 2/3 support for issues escalated from the helpdesk queue related to collaboration platforms
Develop and maintain documentation for tool configurations, workflows, and automations

What it takes

At least 3 years of IT experience, including 1-2 years administering SaaS collaboration platforms
Demonstrated experience designing and building automations or scripted workflows
Proficiency administering Atlassian Jira/Jira Service Management
Experience administering Slack at an organizational level
Experience administering Zoom at an organizational level
Experience with single sign-on and identity administration
