The role

This role provides system-level support for multi-user operating systems, hardware, and software, specifically focusing on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID. The position involves analyzing user requirements to automate workflows, managing endpoint configuration, and ensuring robust identity and access management. The incumbent will also play a coaching role for team members and develop PowerShell scripts to optimize system reliability and efficiency.
