IT Service Desk Agent
The role
The IT Service Desk Agent will provide first-level technical support for UHN staff and students, troubleshooting hardware and software issues across a 24/7/365 environment. Key responsibilities include diagnosing end-user problems, documenting resolutions in ServiceNow, and supporting platforms such as Microsoft Office, VPN, and Citrix. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service excellence within a clinical or business application setting.
