The role
Support project documentation and coordination in a part-time role of 21 hours per week on the Oracle Stabilisation Programme.
What you'll do
- Support project documentation, most notably documentation used in Audit procedures such as PIDs, action logs, minutes, task completion tracking
- Prepare reports, dashboards and RAID logs for monthly governance boards and support with preparation of monthly sponsor updates
- Coordinate meetings, boards, communications, and stakeholder relationships
- Support project closure, lessons learned and continuous improvement
What it takes
- Experience supporting programmes or projects in a fast-paced IT environment
- Strong planning and communication skills
- Confidence using tools such as Copilot, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Experience of using Mission Control project management tool (advantageous but not essential)
- Support Oracle project (advantageous)
