The role

Support project documentation and coordination in a part-time role of 21 hours per week on the Oracle Stabilisation Programme.

What you'll do

  • Support project documentation, most notably documentation used in Audit procedures such as PIDs, action logs, minutes, task completion tracking
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and RAID logs for monthly governance boards and support with preparation of monthly sponsor updates
  • Coordinate meetings, boards, communications, and stakeholder relationships
  • Support project closure, lessons learned and continuous improvement

What it takes

  • Experience supporting programmes or projects in a fast-paced IT environment
  • Strong planning and communication skills
  • Confidence using tools such as Copilot, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Experience of using Mission Control project management tool (advantageous but not essential)
  • Support Oracle project (advantageous)
