- Track RTO/RPO compliance and drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure Operations, or Business Continuity.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and hybrid environment recovery.
- ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Intermediate or 4 Managing Professional preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as DRII or CBCI are highly desirable.
