The role
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking an IT Business Relationship Director for the Americas to enhance IT service delivery for program offices across the US and LATAM. This role will bridge the gap between IT and program operations, ensuring alignment of IT priorities with business needs.
What you'll do
- Serve as the senior IT partner to RAI office and CRRD program leadership
- Maintain a regular engagement cadence with RAI operations directors and senior CRRD leadership
- Act as the accountable IT point of contact for escalations from office and program leadership
- Build sufficient familiarity with the programmatic context of each cluster to advise credibly on whether IT solutions will work in practice
- Own cross-office knowledge brokering
- Support IT budget planning for the Americas region
