The role
The IFRS Foundation is seeking an IT Automation & Systems Specialist to drive automation, optimize, and administer user-facing components of their Microsoft Azure environment, accelerate the migration to Windows 11, and provide advanced technical support.
What you'll do
- Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual IT tasks and improve service delivery
- Simplify and optimise existing Microsoft Intune configurations to reduce complexity and improve maintainability
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated end-user issues across Azure, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to identity, device management, access, and cloud services
- Administer and maintain the user-facing elements of the Azure environment, including Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, and Microsoft 365 services
What it takes
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) administration and configuration
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a cloud-first environment
- Experience integrating systems via APIs or automation tools
