The role

Provide IT and A/V support for the College and Institute communities, serving as a first point of contact for the ITS Department and Media Services on MIIS campus. Flexible hours available.

What you'll do

Answer technology questions over the phone, in person, and over Zoom
Work with ITS Staff in Vermont via remote sessions
Provide in-person support, assist with media events
Keep track of inventory and loaner equipment
Document steps taken; escalate within TDX ticket system

What it takes

Sufficient level of technical knowledge with a desire to learn and collaborate
Customer Service experience with high proficiency in English
Able to keep calm and navigate through challenging situations
Committed understanding of the Middlebury network enterprise
Working understanding of the PaperCut printing system
