The role

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an IT Agile Project Manager II to lead medium-scale, moderately complex IT projects with significant autonomy. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication within an Agile framework. The successful candidate will collaborate across IT and business units to drive project alignment and contribute to the maturation of organizational Agile practices. What you'll do

  • Manage Agile and hybrid IT projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Establish and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with business sponsors and IT teams to align scope and priorities.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and schedule tradeoffs.
  • Provide clear status reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.

What it takes
