What it takes
- MT(ASCP) or MLT(ASCP) certification with 5 years of blood banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree in biological science or chemistry
- Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on a team
