The role

The Investment Support Manager will lead the technical execution of project pipeline development, investment-readiness assessments, project preparation, targeted technical assistance, and investor engagement for renewable energy projects in Indonesia.

What you'll do

  • Lead the technical execution of project pipeline development and investment-readiness assessments
  • Coordinate with relevant external stakeholders to facilitate project development and strengthen pathways to financing
  • Review financial models covering project cash flows, CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, NPV, debt sizing, and sensitivity analysis
  • Support the establishment and quality review of lender and investor data rooms
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to ensure impactful technical delivery of projects

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering, energy systems, infrastructure planning, public policy, sustainable development, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in renewable energy, project finance, banking, transaction advisory, investment readiness, or project development
  • At least 3 years of experience as a technical lead, workstream lead, senior specialist, or project lead
  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy project-development cycle and financial concepts
