What you'll do
- Source and shape high-quality investment opportunities aligned with the Fund’s mission
- Lead proportionate due diligence, financial modelling and risk assessment
- Prepare clear, compelling investment recommendations for decision-making
- Manage transactions through approval, completion and post-investment handover
- Work closely with portfolio organisations to track performance, manage risk and strengthen impact
- Represent the Fund with founders, partners, co-investors and sector networks
What it takes
- Strong investment experience, including origination, due diligence, investment papers, transaction execution and portfolio management
- Confident financial and commercial analysis skills
- Experience in social investment, impact investing, responsible lending, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance
- Ability and willingness to use AI to support and enhance the quality and efficiency of your work and support decision-making
- Sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to lead recommendations through challenge
