The role
The Inventory Receiving Associate is responsible for managing and facilitating the flow of products including receiving, inventory, and order pulling for Keegan’s Kitchen. This position works closely with the Culinary Inventory Supervisor and other kitchen leadership to proactively manage inventory reorders.

- Maintain the organization of all Kids Cafe inventory and inventory locations in the warehouse
- Conduct monthly physical inventory recording
- Input inventory tracking into NetSuite
- Adhere to warehouse receiving policy
- Communicate with Kitchen leadership for daily production
- Attend HFB and Departmental meetings
What it takes
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift experience
- Food Handler certification
- HFB forklift training and certification
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Professional communication skills
