The role
The Inventory Coordinator works under the direction of the Inventory Manager to ensure accurate inventory in the Gorham Warehouse, focusing on triple bottom line results and maintaining positive employee experience.
What you'll do
- Complete physical inventory of New Goods, store supplies, and retail store fixtures
- Receiving inventory, reconciling discrepancies, and processing incoming shipments
- Executing the New Goods program in collaboration with the Inventory Manager
- Cleaning and organizing the store supplies, retail fixtures, and New Goods areas within the warehouse
- Supporting the Inventory Manager in creating the inventory process for retail fixtures
- Assisting the Inventory Control Manager with computer-based tasks

- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with Counterpoint, Novis or similar POS system
