What you'll do
- Assist in preparing briefings, talking points, and background notes for meetings of the Director General or senior leadership
- Contribute to drafting speeches, PowerPoint presentations, external messages, and concept notes, letters
- Support preparation of international events and institutional meetings, or specific advocacy initiatives
- Help prepare and follow up on key meetings (COMEX, Council, Strategic Committees)
- Support cross-departmental coordination on initiatives led by the Office of the DG and the cabinet
- Conduct background research on emerging policy issues (One Health, global health governance, climate, etc.)
