The role
International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an expatriate Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Specialist to provide technical and investigative support to law enforcement in the Philippines. What you'll do
- Provide technical support for triaging OSEC referrals from DOJ, NCMEC, and foreign partners.
- Advise law enforcement on investigative sequencing, digital evidence handling, and legal documentation.
- Deliver training and on-the-job coaching to WCPC and NBI units to strengthen investigative efficacy.
- Facilitate cross-border intelligence exchange between foreign partners and Philippine law enforcement.
- Capture field learning and case insights to inform program strategy and systems-strengthening efforts.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of law enforcement experience in cybercrime or digital forensics.
- At least 2 years of experience specifically investigating online child sexual exploitation.
- Proven track record of delivering specialized training or mentorship to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with digital forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, or Cellebrite.
- Must be a practicing Christian as defined by the Apostles’ Creed.
