The role

The International Consultant will design and deliver a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme for justice professionals in Moldova to address technology-facilitated gender-based violence.

  • Review existing national legal and institutional framework related to TFGBV
  • Revise the existing training curriculum for prosecutors, judges, and criminal investigation officers
  • Design a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme for justice professionals
  • Develop SOPs for responding to technology-facilitated gender-based violence cases
  • Deliver in-person ToT programme in Chișinău

What it takes

  • Master’s degree in law or related social science fields
  • At least 7 years of professional experience as a judge, prosecutor, criminal investigation officer, or senior legal expert
  • Demonstrated expertise and applicability of TFGBV
  • Strong knowledge of international and European legal standards
  • Proven understanding of gender equality and human rights
  • Fluency in English
