The role
UN Women is seeking an international consultant to provide capacity building on strategic communication, social media, public speaking, and personal branding for women in leadership roles in Moldova. The consultant will develop training modules and deliver up to six training sessions for women MPs, mayors, and aspiring candidates. This initiative aims to enhance women's participation in decision-making processes and empower them as change-makers.

- Develop learning modules/methodology on strategic communication and social media, public speaking and media presence, and personal branding
- Deliver up to 6 training sessions for up to 25 participants each
- Develop a Final Report on the assignment, summarizing lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations for future capacity-building opportunities
What it takes
- Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Political Science, or other related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in designing and delivering methodologies and training programs
- Experience in social media strategy, digital content creation, and personal branding
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Romanian is an asset
- Certification in media training, communication coaching, or facilitation is an asset
