International Consultant for Sri Lanka UNSDCF Evaluation 2023-2027

The role

The Resident Coordinator System is seeking an International Consultant to lead the evaluation of the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) for Sri Lanka (2023–2027). The successful candidate will design the evaluation framework, lead data collection and analysis, and manage the evaluation team to ensure technical rigor and alignment with UNEG standards. The role involves engaging with stakeholders and producing high-quality reports that inform the next Cooperation Framework cycle. This consultancy spans 4 months, focusing on assessing the UN's contribution to Sri Lanka's development priorities.
