The role
UNICEF Ghana is seeking a professional consultant to design and deliver an interactive training on Effective Communication and Presentation Skills. The training aims to equip participants with the skills to develop and confidently deliver tailored pitches for effective internal communication and resource mobilization.
What you'll do
- Facilitate a 2.5-hour interactive virtual introductory training session on effective presentation and communication
- Deliver a 2.5 structured training session (interactive and practical) covering: Effective written messaging, Strong visual presentation techniques, and Approx. 30 minutes of writing or visual content creation exercises for participants
- Provide clear instructions and guidance for completion of exercises
What it takes
- First university degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in communication
- Ability to facilitate interactive and engaging virtual and/or in-person sessions
- Strong facilitation skills, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational and time management skills, High level of creativity and innovation in training delivery
