The role
Develop a comprehensive training curriculum on biometrics and identity management for personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MiA) of the Republic of Armenia.
What you'll do
- Conduct a desk review of IOM manuals, training curricula, and guidelines
- Develop a draft training curriculum and accompanying training materials
- Design a ToT package and methodology and deliver a ToT session
- Monitor the delivery of training sessions and provide technical and methodological support
- Review and update the curriculum and training materials based on implementation experience
- Submit reports summarizing activities and training results
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in law, public administration, migration studies, education, social sciences or related field
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated expertise in biometrics, identity management, legal identity systems, and related fields
- Strong knowledge of the Armenian legal, institutional, and operational framework
- Experience in developing training curricula, learning materials, and capacity-building programs
- Experience in designing and delivering Training of Trainers (ToT) programs
