The role

Support PATH’s tuberculosis and communicable disease portfolio through research, knowledge management, technical documentation, stakeholder mapping, and partnership intelligence activities.

What you'll do

  • Conduct desk research, literature reviews, and evidence scans on topics related to TB, communicable diseases, health systems, digital health, active case finding, preventive care, community engagement, and public-private-community partnerships.
  • Support the synthesis of research findings into concise summaries, presentations, evidence briefs, and background notes.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting manuscripts, reports, concept notes, proposals, technical briefs, case studies, and other knowledge products.

What it takes

  • Recently completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biotechnology, Public Health, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Development Studies, Health Policy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in tuberculosis, communicable diseases, health systems strengthening, health equity, or public health programming.
  • Exposure to academic research, public health projects, internships, fellowships, volunteer initiatives, or university-based research activities.
