The role
WorldFish is seeking interns to support its Global Finance Team in various units, including Budgeting & Reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Risk & Compliance.
What you'll do
- Support Budgeting Team in building costing for project proposals
- Support Budgeting Team in annual budget and forecast process, preparation of reports and other ad-hoc analysis
- Support Budgeting Team in timesheet and personnel cost allocation
- Support AP Accountant in invoice registration, payment, and manage AP Mailbox to resolve issues
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Follow up with procurement to clear any issues in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process

- In the midst of pursuing a degree or other relevant professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA etc.)
- Teamwork experience in a cross-functional, matrixed work environment
- Good communication skills, particularly written English
- Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment
- Excellent analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
