- Support the development and initial implementation of a KM/KS advocacy, outreach and engagement plan
- Assist in identifying and sourcing relevant learning materials
- Assist in identifying target audiences, communication approaches and engagement opportunities
- Support the establishment and piloting of Communities of Practice
- Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, topic-focused seminars, peer-learning events and related knowledge-sharing activities
- Contribute to the preparation of communication materials, presentations, guidance products, success stories and promotional content
What it takes
- Enrolled in a master's degree or higher, or final year of a bachelor's degree
- Field of specialization in Knowledge Management or related areas
- Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
