What you'll do

  • Support the development and initial implementation of a KM/KS advocacy, outreach and engagement plan
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing relevant learning materials
  • Assist in identifying target audiences, communication approaches and engagement opportunities
  • Support the establishment and piloting of Communities of Practice
  • Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, topic-focused seminars, peer-learning events and related knowledge-sharing activities
  • Contribute to the preparation of communication materials, presentations, guidance products, success stories and promotional content

What it takes

  • Enrolled in a master's degree or higher, or final year of a bachelor's degree
  • Field of specialization in Knowledge Management or related areas
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Interest in knowledge management and organizational learning
  • Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
