The role

The Intensive Community Team (ICT) Counselor provides compassionate, personalized support and crisis intervention to individuals experiencing behavioral health and social difficulties. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the counselor develops individualized treatment plans and delivers therapeutic interventions in various community settings. This role focuses on empowering clients, facilitating resource linkage, and ensuring comprehensive care for high-risk individuals requiring intensive support.
