The role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking an Intensive Case Management (ICM) Intern to assist with client needs and support caseworkers in addressing areas of vulnerability.

What you'll do

  • Attend intern orientation
  • Assist with client check-ins
  • Assist with ICM client intakes and assessments
  • Provide transportation to appointments and attend appointments with clients as appropriate
  • Communicate with community partners for case coordination
  • Explore community resources and assist with client referrals
