The role
The Integrity Short-Term Adviser (STA) will strengthen the integrity function across Pacific Australia Skills, ensuring integrity priorities are understood and followed up across the program, including fraud and corruption, risks, foreign bribery, sanctions, conflicts of interest, reporting obligations and case management follow-up.
What you'll do
- Strengthen the integrity function across Pacific Australia Skills
- Support timely reporting of fraud and integrity matters
- Liaise with the DT Global Integrity team on cases
- Support program staff to complete agreed actions
- Establish and support Integrity Focal Points across the program
- Work closely with the Pacific Australia Skills program team, the Program Director and the wider DT Global corporate team
What it takes
- Demonstrated experience in fraud control, anti-corruption, integrity, investigations, compliance, risk management or related governance functions
- Sound understanding of integrity risks relevant to program delivery
- Experience mentoring and coaching staff to apply compliance or integrity requirements
- Ability to provide clear, proportionate and solutions-focused advice
- Strong written communication skills
- High level of discretion, sound judgement and ability to manage sensitive information
