What you'll do
- Maintain team’s appointment schedule
- Make and change appointments
- Answer and triage internal and external telephone calls
- Conduct initial screening of individuals served
- Pull, file, and audit charts
- Perform related customer service activities
What it takes
- High School or better
- Ability to engage individuals served in a welcoming, hopeful, and empathetic manner
- Demonstrate ability to minimize ‘no shows’
- Experience in chart management and auditing
- Knowledge of Utilization Review, MCET, DCH, OCHN, and PCHP
