What you'll do
- Provide professional clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, case management, crisis work, and aftercare planning
- Collaborate with other treatment team members
- Maintain a full caseload and meet productivity targets
- Provide on-call coverage
- Attend staff meetings, supervision, consultations, and training
What it takes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work required
- Valid Ohio LSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychology license required
- Culturally competent knowledge of diagnostic assessment and treatment planning
- Demonstrated clinical experience in chemical dependency treatment
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families
- Knowledge of Juvenile Justice System and/or Youth Mental Health System
