What you'll do
- Prepare for daily work, including packing trucks and organizing plant materials
- Install large specimen trees, shrubs, grasses, ferns, and wildflowers
- Perform organic plant care and address nutrient, soil, or pest issues
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
- Pick up and deliver bulk and sourced landscaping materials
What it takes
- At least 1 year of landscape or horticultural experience (training available for others)
- Ability to work long, physically demanding days outdoors in all weather
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Passion for native plants and ecological habitat restoration
