INSPIRE (New Teacher) Fellow

The role

KIPP Columbus is seeking aspiring educators for their INSPIRE (New Teacher) Fellowship, a one-year program designed to equip fellows with the skills, coaching, and hands-on experience necessary to become highly effective teachers. Fellows engage in deliberate practice, gradual responsibility release, and instructional coaching within a supportive, equity-focused school environment. This program prepares participants for successful careers in education by fostering pedagogical expertise and a deep connection to the KIPP mission.
