The role
The Innovative Financing Global Advisor will support Terre des hommes’ new global initiative on innovative financing, driving learning, scoping, partnership development, and early implementation of innovative financing approaches relevant to Tdh’s mission, programs, and geographical presence.
What you'll do
- Support the delivery of Tdh’s innovative financing roadmap
- Conduct strategic analysis of market trends and donor shifts
- Translate complex financing concepts into actionable opportunities
- Conduct and update a comprehensive mapping of financing instruments
- Engage external experts, donors, DFIs, and financial institutions
- Design and coordinate the implementation of pilot initiatives
What it takes
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Development, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (7+ years) in innovative financing
- Track record in working with financial mechanisms and instruments
- Experience in working with multilateral development banks
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Fluency in English, working knowledge of French
